We are incredibly grateful that you have taken the time to learn about our lives. It is truly an honor to introduce ourselves, and we hope this gives you a small glimpse into who we are.
We are Beau and Erin, and we were both born and raised in Washington State. We have been married for almost 20 years and have desired to grow our family for more than 15 of those years. We met in high school at a summer Bible camp in 1998. We started dating later that summer and quickly realized we were meant to be together. After six years of dating and once Erin completed her bachelor’s degree, Beau proposed, and we were married on August 13, 2005.
From the very beginning of our relationship, we have wanted children but faced challenges conceiving. Our doctor informed us that it was unlikely for us to get pregnant without medical intervention. At that time, we were devastated; however, we strongly felt that the Lord was calling us to welcome a child into our home through adoption, and we found peace in that decision.
Both of us come from medium-sized families and grew up with siblings. We understand how special sibling relationships can be, and we believe that family is one of the most important aspects of life. In addition to our immediate family, we have an extended community of friends who are also very important to us.
In our home, we emphasize love and respect for one another, striving to demonstrate a love similar to that of God. We have always hoped and prayed for children. Adoption has been on our hearts for a long time, and we are very excited about the prospect of adding a child to our loving family.
If you choose us, know that you will always be an important part of your child's story, and your child will grow up knowing just how very loved they are and we would love for you to continue to be a part of their life as well if that is something you would like.
Beau is one of the most kind hearted, and helpful people I have ever known. He is always willing to lend a helping had and has this uncanny way of being in the right place at the right time to do so. Beau has such a charismatic personality that people are drawn to. He is caring, thoughtful and puts people at ease. He’s always looking for new and fun things to do. We often are in good company with friends or family over or are out doing something fun, or exploring nature in some way.
If there is one thing I could portray to you about Beau, it’s that he truly is a caring and loving man and husband. He invest in people, their lives, their interests and pours his heart and time into them. All characteristic that will make him an incredible, hands on father too.
Beau’s family is very close. He has three younger sisters. They all live with their families within 20 minutes to our home. Beau’s dad passed away a few years ago, but his Mom is retired and enjoys being a grandma to her many nieces and nephews. We get together on a regular basis through out the year for birthdays, holidays and camping trips. He also has extended family that is very close, and we spend a lot of time with them as well. We are close and a great support system for each other.
Right out of high school, Beau spent may years working in construction. Operating large machinery, masonry work and driving semi trucks, to list a few. More recently Beau went back to school and got a degree in ministry. Beau is a natural gatherer and really loves working in ministry. He was a youth pastor for about 13 years. After a brief beak, He recently started working as an Associate pastor and focusing on ministry outreach. In his spare time he likes to keep busy with building projects, working on cars, or He is very creative and enjoys learning a new skill and build things with his hands. He is a jack of all trades.

Our home is located in Western Washington, and sits in a really nice neighborhood close to parks and schools. We have fully fenced yard with room to play. We love to host parties and holidays at our home, and friend and family are always welcome. Laughter fills our home as we enjoy joking around and being goofy while doing every day activities together, like cooking dinner, art projects, and taking walks.
The city we live in is conveniently located near many amenities while still being far enough away to enjoy easy trips to the countryside or mountains. Every summer, our city hosts a variety of fun events, including fairs, carnivals, car shows, and other exciting experiences. Within minutes of our location, we have access to urban hiking trails and numerous playgrounds.
